TERMS OF ORDER CANCELLATIONS (RETURNS / EXCHANGES)

Please make sure to check your order for any signs of damage when delivered while the courier is present. Please also check that your order is correct.

If your order arrives damaged or the contents of the parcel are not consistent with what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can assist you.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies, customers may exercise this right within the period provided by applicable consumer law.

Returned products must be handled with appropriate care. Customers may be responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling or use beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.

Please contact us before making an intended return or exchange so that we can provide you with the appropriate return instructions.

PERSONALISED & INDIVIDUALLY MADE PRODUCTS

Please note that our products are handmade to order.

Where a product is made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised - for example, where a specific colour, size, style or other individual specification is requested - the statutory right of withdrawal may not apply in accordance with applicable consumer law.

This does not affect your statutory rights if a product is faulty, damaged or not in conformity with the order.

Where the customer exercises a statutory right of withdrawal, return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise required by applicable law.

If you have received faulty goods or an incorrect item, please contact us so that we can provide appropriate assistance in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

We make sure that every order is packed with care to arrive safely. However, transport damage can occasionally occur.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs of the product and packaging where possible. We will do our best to assist you and resolve the problem promptly.

REFUNDS

Approved refunds will be processed in accordance with applicable consumer law.
