Shipping & Delivery

Treasure Island Photo Props is based in Poland, European Union, and ships handmade photography props to customers worldwide, subject to the destinations currently available at checkout.

Processing Time

All Treasure Island Photo Props products are handmade to order especially for each customer.

Production time varies depending on the product and our current order volume and is usually approximately 1–2.5 weeks, plus shipping time. The current processing time for each item is also stated in the individual product description.

Some products may be completed sooner, while more complex handmade pieces may require additional production time.

If an order contains several products with different production times, the order will normally be shipped when all items are ready. In this case, please allow for the longest processing time stated among the products ordered.

During particularly busy periods, including seasonal periods such as Christmas, production may occasionally take slightly longer.

Please contact us at treasureislandphotoprops@gmail.com before placing your order. Depending on the product and our current production schedule, we may be able to complete your order sooner. We will always be happy to check what is realistically possible and confirm whether we can meet your requested timeframe.

Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the contents of the order.

Estimated delivery time depends on the destination and shipping service selected or available for the order. Production time and shipping/transit time are separate.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive the available shipping or tracking information associated with your order.

International Orders

Treasure Island Photo Props ships internationally to destinations currently supported by our store.

For destinations outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes or other local charges may apply depending on the destination country's regulations. Where applicable, these charges are determined by the relevant local authorities and are not included or collected by Treasure Island Photo Props unless explicitly stated at checkout.

Damaged Parcels

Please inspect your parcel upon delivery whenever possible.

If your parcel or products appear to have been damaged during transport, please contact us as soon as possible at treasureislandphotoprops@gmail.com and include photographs of the parcel, packaging and affected products so that we can assist you.
